I believe he should be allowed to carry on, but needs to work on building a better relationship with the SWA. Does anyone agree / disagree? How can this be done?

Got to agree Steve - he needs more time. Results have been crap but I think it would be silly to get rid of him now. He is still learning and needs a proper chance to prove himself.

From the 1st game he was getting booed by fans when making a sub. Unfortunately he's come in with the fans/club in a very bad position with people expecting an instant fix. I 100% believe he should stay, if result continue to struggle then maybe bring an old head in to help on the management team as assistant/coach...ray mathias perhaps. But for now he has to keep believing in his philosophy which is the right one for the club to progress and with time things will change around and hopefully the fans change their tune.
If you compare his post match interviews with previous managers its clear he assesses things with a clear head and will work on them on the training ground, previous managers simply blamed the players and wanted another loan signing to replace them!!!
